Our marquees have been built in such a way that the build process is as streamlined as it could be. We provide a clear step-by-step instruction manual and make sure all parts are labelled to correspond with this manual. We also complement this with assembly tutorial videos, downloadable PDF instruction manuals, tips and FAQ advice within our Advice Center below and we are open 7 days a week for any questions.

Furthermore, to prepare you for assembling one of our marquees, we have provided below some guidance on how many people we would recommend to assemble for each size and an estimated time it will take:

• Always use the pegs provided to secure the Stretch Tent when using.
• Read the instruction manual carefully and familiarise yourself with the procedure before assembling the structure.
• Ensure you have enough space to lay out all the parts before assembly.
• Take all the fittings out of the packaging and separate them into groups.
• Check you have all component parts and familiarise yourself with each part before proceeding.
• Please keep children away when assembling and please keep children under direct supervision of an adult when using.
• Do not repack until completely dry.
• Please keep all exits clear and unobstructed.
• Do not place near lights, fireplaces, gas or electric heaters, candles, radiators, or any other sources of heat, fire or flammable liquids.
• We recommend caution and common sense when in use.
• Do not use naked flames in or around the structure. We recommend you do not smoke while inside the structure.
• Stretch Tents are intended for events and other arrangements and are as such only meant for short term temporary assembly and disassembly. Wimba warranty applies only to the normal use of the product, normal wear and tear excepted, in accordance with written use instructions or manual. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, weather conditions, misuse, modification or incorrect dismantle, erection, packing and storage of the product.
